Client Relationship Manager

This is a full-time on-site position in our office in the Chicago suburbs. We are not open to remote employees at this time.


RPh Innovations LLC is a company that manages 340B pharmacy programs across the U.S. In this position you will be responsible for providing our clients with effective solutions for managing their 340B programs. This requires regular program reviews; assisting in implementations of qualified covered entities and their contracted pharmacies; delivering program efficiencies and optimizing opportunities; and working with necessary vendors to identify and resolve client issues.


We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to nurture long-term relationships with clients. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure clients are satisfied with our services.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp client needs and find ways in which to fulfill them. If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of the pharmacy industry, we’d like to meet you.


Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our customers.


The Right Candidate Will:


  • Own the end-to-end resolution for any inquires and issues while exhibiting professionalism and providing excellent customer service
  • Analyze program data and opportunities for clients and offers solutions
  • Provide necessary reporting needed to maintain clients 340B program
  • Deliver and educates clients on data related to day to day 340B operations
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the 340B program
  • Improve the efficiency and marketability of clients 340B program
  • Become familiar with contracting, contracting terms, and be able to field questions related to client contracts.
  • Maintain knowledge of the healthcare and pharmacy services industry and use this to identify ways to make recommendations to improve the 340B programs.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Account management experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a healthcare environment, 340B experience a plus
  • Experience/skills in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Effective communication skills, written and oral
  • Customer focus and relationship building
  • Able to effectively problem solve and make decisions
  • Proficient in analysis and reporting
