Client Relationship Manager
This is a full-time on-site position in our office in the Chicago suburbs. We are not open to remote employees at this time.
RPh Innovations LLC is a company that manages 340B pharmacy programs across the U.S. In this position you will be responsible for providing our clients with effective solutions for managing their 340B programs. This requires regular program reviews; assisting in implementations of qualified covered entities and their contracted pharmacies; delivering program efficiencies and optimizing opportunities; and working with necessary vendors to identify and resolve client issues.
We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to nurture long-term relationships with clients. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure clients are satisfied with our services.
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp client needs and find ways in which to fulfill them. If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of the pharmacy industry, we’d like to meet you.
Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our customers.
